As an LMT and Watsu® Practitioner, bodyworker, and healing arts therapist, I intend to facilitate your healing, empower you to restore your body to wellness, and connect the Mind/Body/Spirit-The Essence of Your Being. Being 100% present in your session will help you relax, release, restore, and heal your mind, body, and spirit.
I’ve been interested in the mind/body/spirit connection for decades. How do they affect each other, if at all? I discovered through research, training, and self-exploration, that they are interrelated and interconnected. It is one intertwined system that is best approached as the whole being. When you understand that, healing can occur at the root level.
In 2006 I began my bodywork training, which has stocked my tool bag with a wide variety of tools and modalities, allowing me to provide you with custom, made-to-order bodywork. Along with Watsu@ Aquatic Bodywork, I specialize in stretching modalities such as Myofascial, and Thai/Shiatsu. Keeping the facial healthy is key to pain-free and fulfilling longevity.
